4. Bulk Orders and Grants
   We offer a free service to assist schools in applying for grants to establish or expand their libraries. If the school chooses not to order books from The English Library after the grant has been received, a service fee of £1495 will apply.

Grant funds can be used to order books, furniture, and other library materials as allowed by the grant provider, but all products must be sourced through The English Library.

5. Delivery and Shipping
   Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the availability of the books you’ve ordered. We will provide an estimated delivery date with your order confirmation. Shipping costs will be included in the final invoice.
6. Returns and Refunds
   Due to the nature of our bulk order service, returns are only accepted in the event of damaged or faulty goods. If you receive damaged books, please notify us within 7 days of receipt, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund.
7. Intellectual Property
   All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and other materials, is the intellectual property of The English Library or its content providers. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any part of this website without our express written permission.
